The hotel’s restaurant is ideally located in the heart of the building, offering breathtaking views of the fjord and the majestic mountains that surround us. Heilage Olav, as the restaurant is called, is an experience for all the senses—adorned with beautiful artwork and a rare collection of stones from the local region.
During the summer season, we serve an à la carte menu, while in autumn, winter, and spring, hotel guests are invited to enjoy the daily three-course dinner, available from Monday to Thursday and on request.
If you wish to book accommodation, a private event, or a meeting, we are happy to open the restaurant by prior arrangement.
We are delighted to open our doors for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, meetings, courses and kick-off events, with capacity for up to 60 guests. In the Granat Linge function room, we can arrange a boardroom table for up to 24 guests.
